David F. Paulsen
Bio
Mr. David F. Paulsen was born in Elmhurst, Illinois and raised in Clearwater, Florida. After graduating from Clearwater High School, he attended and graduated from St. Petersburg College, and then from the University of South Florida where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. Following a decade in local and state law enforcement in the state of Florida, he attended Western New England University School of Law in Massachusetts, where he was selected as a member of the National Moot Court team and competed before the Supreme Court for the State of Rhode Island.

While in Massachusetts, Mr. Paulsen practiced law with the now Denner-Pellegrino law firm, focusing his representation in personal injury law, workers’ compensation law, business, contract litigation, and white collar crime. Since returning to the Tampa Bay area over a decade ago, Mr. Paulsen has focused his legal representation primarily on helping victims of automobile, motorcycle, and watercraft accidents, as well as persons who have been injured due to others’ carelessness and negligence. He is an experienced Dunedin personal injury lawyer the founder of Paulsen Law Group.

Mr. Paulsen represents clients throughout the state of Florida and abroad.

Since childhood, Mr. Paulsen has been an advocate for the outdoors and the environment, as well as for the many activities and the enjoyment they provide. He continues to support and promote sportsmen, and the environment, and the need to involve persons of all ages to protect and preserve our delicate resources. Mr. Paulsen maintains his affiliations with many outdoors and environment-oriented organizations, such as the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA), the International Game Fish Association (IGFA), Ducks Unlimited, the Quality Deer Management Association, Save the Manatee, and the Florida Wildlife Federation.
